If any provision of this Agreement or the application to intend that any provision to any person or of any circumstance that renders it enforceable is determined to be invalid or then such provision shall not affect any other provision of this Agreement or the person or application of such provision to any other determination all of which other in full force and or others effect. The parties provisions shall remain unenforceable, if this Agreement circumstance, is susceptible to two or more constructions, one of which would render the enforceable provision and the other of which would render the provision unenforceable, then any of the provision shall be given the meaning.
